Yield: 0.00

Recipe Description

This is my standard southwestern dry rub. I go fairly light on the chipotles in this recipe, but would double them at least for my personal taste

Ingredients

QuaUnitIngredient
20 ea New Mexico red chiles
2 ea Dried chipotle chiles
1 ts Cumin seeds
1/4 cup Granulated garlic
1/2 cup Granulated onions
1/2 cup Mexican oregano
1 tb Sea salt
1 tb sugar

Method & Notes

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees, and toast the seeded chiles with the cumin
  2. Add all ingredients, except oregano, sugar and salt to food processor and pulse until coarsely ground
  3. Add oregano, sugar and salt, and then pulse until oregano is broken up.
