Recipe Description

This is a very spicy cocktail sauce. I have no patience for mild cocktail sauce...you might as well buy it.

Ingredients

Qua	Unit	Ingredient
1 3/4	cups	ketchup
2	tb	prepared horseradish
1	ts	Tabasco sauce
2	tb	cracked black pepper
1/2	ts	Worcestershire sauce
1	ea	lemon

Method & Notes

1. Mix all ingredients with the lemon juice, season with kosher salt and allow to rest for a few hours at least.
