3 cups vegetable oil
2 ts kosher salt

2 tb lemon juice

Method & Notes

  1. Mix the yolks, vinegar, water, and mustard in a food processor until frothy.
  2. Slowly stream in the oil as the machine works.
  3. Season with the salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
