Recipe Description

I often order pizza just because I am too lazy to make dough. This dough is fairly standard fare, but only takes about 2 minutes to make, so its a good trade off when time is tight.

Note that I scaled it down so it makes one 12" pizza.

Ingredients

Qua	Unit	Ingredient
1	cup	all purpose flour
1	ts	saf instant yeast
1	ts	olive oil
1/2	cup	warm water
1	pinch	kosher salt

Method & Notes

1. mix all ingredients, kneed until elastic, then let rise until doubled.
2. punch down, then preheat your oven and stone to 500 degrees.
3. Toss you dough and have at it.
