Recipe Description

Roasted poblano chiles are used in many Mexican recipes. They can be sliced thin for rajas, or left whole for chile rellenos.

1 tb oil

Method & Notes

  1. Rub the chiles with the oil
  2. Bake at 500 degrees until the skin is charred
  3. Remove from the oven and place in a paper bag
  4. When cool remove the skin and seeds
