5 ea dry red chiles
5 ea roma tomatoes
1/2 ea white onion
1 tb adobo
1 tb oil
1 pinch cumin
1 ea chipotle

Method & Notes

  1. mix adobo, oil, and cumin. season to taste with salt.
  2. seed chiles and add
  3. slice tomatoes in half and add
  4. slice onion thick and add
  5. toss this together, and then slowly roast over mesquite
  6. blend with the chipotle and season to taste again.
