Recipe Description

This is a southwestern version of my cocktail sauce.

Ingredients

QuaUnitIngredient 
1 3/4 cups ketchup
2 tb prepared horseradish
1 ts Tapatillo sauce
2 tb adobo from a can of chipotles
1 tb finely minced cilantro
1 each lime

Method & Notes

  1. Finely mince 1 ts of the lime's zest
  2. Mix all other ingredients with the zest and the juice from the lime.
  3. Season to taste with Tapatillo sauce and kosher salt.
