Recipe Description

This recipe strays quite a ways from traditional chimichuri sauce, but that is the best way I could describe it.

Ingredients

Qua	Unit	Ingredient
1	cup	vegetable oil
1/2	cup	chopped cilantro, packed
1	tb	adobo paste
4	cloves	garlic
1	tb	mexican oregano
1/4	ts	cumin seed
1	tb	sea salt
6	ea	limes, juiced
1/2	ts	ground black pepper
2	ea	plum tomatoes
4	ea	dried chipotle chiles

Method & Notes

Blend all ingredients and season to taste.
